Crowned By Hate by Amo Jones

True to its word this book is definitely one that is twisted like the rest of Amo Jones books. The ending is unexpected and will leave you reeling.

While this book is done in true Amo fashion I'm sad to say that I did not like this book. It was not what I thought it would be and was a disappointing read. There were words capitalized that should not have been in the middle of sentences like If, Is, It etc. Then there was inconsistent spelling of the main character - Isa - sisters name. Her name was Brianna but spelled in two different ways through out the book.

The ending was the twisted part and it leaves you wondering what you just read because it is confusing. I was lost through out different parts of the book where it would go from a memory to the present randomly and then back again. I was left wondering why about a few things and the ending just made those parts more confusing. For example: why do Bryant's parents get sent pictures of his dead brother and what does that have to do with Isa being kidnapped.

The twist at the end of the book just seems like a second thought add on to keep it interesting.  I think the term that is used is incorrect because from what I know about it, what Isa has doesn't fit the description of that illness.
